Shiatsu Massage: Based upon the Oriental energy meridian system, this massage stimulates and alleviates energy blocks along the pathways through which energy flows to rebalance the body.

Thai Massage: In this massage, you will experience stretching, rhythmic compression, rocking and mobilization similar to assisted yoga and shiatsu. The result is freedom in the joints, increased flexibility and a feeling of relaxation. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Swedish Massage: Using classic techniques, this massage will improve muscle tone, stimulate circulation, encourage relaxation and create a sense of serenity. Swedish massage is not deep body work.

Custom Fit: By combining healing elements from a variety of massage techniques, your therapist will customize the treatment to meet your individual needs. This massage may encompass light to deep bodywork, heat, and/or liniments.

Reiki: A light touch and non-touch technique used to strengthen and balance the flow of life-force energy, promoting the healing process and feelings of deep peace.
